Dorchester Beer Festival!
Dorchester Beerex 2008 is already rapidly approaching, with the theme of “Year of the Rat”
The festival lunch time and evening sessions will take place on the 1st & 2nd of February at the Corn Exchange. It will again be jointly organised by Dorchester Round Table and West Dorset Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
Our objective is to raise as much money as possible for local charities and good causes, whilst enjoying ourselves at the same time. We hope to have a great party atmosphere and add to the £52,000 raised over previous years.
All of the organisation and administration of the event is done by volunteers, and proceeds will be donated to Local Charities supported by Dorchester Round Table.
Barrel Sponsorship:
My request is for £85, which will sponsor a barrel of beer and place your firm’s name in the programme
of events, and on one of the beer barrels.
We will also include brief details of your company and services on the event website if requested.
Barrel sponsorship also gives you two tickets, for the session of your choice, to enable you to come
and sample your sponsored beer!
Receipts are available upon request for cheques received.
Raffle Prizes:
If you are unable to sponsor a barrel you may be able to provide a prize for one of the raffles we hold during the event. Businesses who donate raffle prizes will have their name placed in the programme of events.
